ABOUT LAND
Our land sales are for 4096 or 2048 sqm lots. You will be able to edit the terrain of your purchased plot and have a maximum of 937 or 468 prims.
PURCHASING AND PAYMENT
Our montly tier rate is 30 USD or 7915 LD due in full at the 1st of each month.2048 sqm lots are 15 USD or 3924 LD. No exceptions!!! We accept PAYPAL, but prefer LINDENS *** All payments are non-refundable *****. The Tier can be paid in the Estate office at Miles Island.

Conduct Code
We expect you to use your better judgement about living here. No weapons, no fighting, no nudity or public sex in the common area. On your land you can do as you wish but please be considerate of your neighbors. Also this is a residence, so purchased land is expected to be used as such. Although it is not required, please keep in mind that there is an island theme. Lets keep it that way. Terraforming or editing the land must be cleared/approved by the landowner.
RESELLING LAND
You may resell your land to whomever you wish however, the potential buyer must be fully aware, and agree to abide by the terms set forth in the covenant. Make sure the buyer understand and accepts that the tier must be paid every first in month. Balder Miles MUST be notified of the sale so that he can set the land accordingly to complete the final transaction.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THIS COVENANT AT ANY TIME. SHOULD THERE BE ANY MAJOR UPDATES THAT AFFECT THE ISLAND RESIDENTS OR MAJOR CHANGES TO THE COVENANT WE WILL GIVE NOTICE OF THE CHANGES TO ALL CURRENT LAND OWNERS.
