Cassiopeia Isle is a zoned estate - this means that we do place limits on commercial and disruptive activity in our residential parcels, see below for specific details. Check the Tier Box on the parcel you’re looking at for the zone of that lot, as well as tier charges.

***IMPORTANT NOTES***
1. Cassiopeia Isle is operated independently from Linden Labs; this means you will NOT REQUIRE a 'Premium Account' to own land here.
2. You WILL BE REQUIRED to maintain a 'tier' (monthly fee paid to Cassiopeia Isle) when you own land here.
3. If you purchase a parcel from a resident (any parcel listed for sale by someone OTHER then DUNCAN DYRSSEN) you will inherit any REMAINING or OUTSTANDING (negative balance) tier.

Your land will not count towards your Linden Lab tier; however Cassiopeia Isle does operate its own tier system for ongoing payments. Located on the side of your parcel will be a tier payment box. The box will turn red and increase in size if you are late on tier payments.
