Homesteads available in an Adult Community (BDSM)

We didn't want to go to Zindra, we bought an island instead, others wanted out to, so more islands were added, and now we just added a few more. These are complete homesteads (3750 prims / 65,5536 sqm / Estate Manager rights)

So if you want to live in an adult community with similar interests to your own, then consider us, you won't be sorry.

We actively support community projects, for example one of our homesteads has been given to the OpenCollar project,

The only thing we ask is that you agree with and abide by our covenant, which I have included below.

Our Covenant:

Adult Playland is our solution to the Adult Ghetto called Zindra. Initially there will be 11 regions (now 14) in Adult Playland, as we grow more will be added. This is not a normal landlord/renter situation, we are building a community, not a ghetto.

Rental Guidelines:

Community
- The community always comes first, if you are in any way disruptive, you will be asked to leave
- Adult Playland is an open role-play environment: while you are free to role-pay here, no one will ever be required to
- While this is an open role-play environment, its not a place for drama or personal spats -- in the case of problems with other residents that you can not resolve on your own please contact Mitzy Shino.


Neighbors
- Always respect your neighbors space and privacy
- Feel free to introduce yourself to your neighbors: this is a community.
- If you are holding a party or event at your home that may fill up the sim (20 people is the max), let your neighbors know ahead of time
- If your neighbor isn't respecting your space or privacy notify Mitzy Shino.


Commercial Use
- Light commerical use it permitted, however should your business grow and start to affect others in the region you are in we may ask you to move to another region more suited to your needs. This may involve moving a Full Region or having a Homestead region to yourself. Both of which will involve additional cost to you.


Guests
- This is a Community area and always open to the public
- Your house may be visited by people exploring Adult Playland - if a guest is unwanted please politely ask them to leave your home
- All guests must abide by the rules of the Adult Playland - contact Mitzy Shino if you are having trouble with a guest


Land
- All regions in this Estate are or will be marked as Adult, ensure that your family are verified or they will not be able to use your home.


Prims
- Keep within your prim allotment (always, not just by the end of the month)
- Keep your prims on your land - anything overlapping into a neighbor’s land or community areas will be returned
- Keep your particle counts down - objects with excessive particles, or particles drifting out of your house, will be returned


SkyBoxes
- All skyboxes should be above 500m.
- Be sure to keep the skybox above your house or parcel
