Everyday on average there’s over 16 new private estates added to the grid and they now outnumber mainland sims by more than 3 to 1 with over 11,000 total as of November 2007. There are many people that want to buy and sell these sims privately. The private estate transfer tools within Second Life leave a huge window for fraud, loss, and scams. Linden labs will not come to your rescue if you are defrauded and fall victim to a third party transfer scam. We’ve personally dealt with one of these horrible rip off artists that plague virtual worlds our self and that’s what motivated us to offer this service to help protect other SL residents of this poorly designed system. It’s hard to trust a seller with $1000’s of your Lindens or $US Dollars if you don’t really know them or to expect a buyer to trust you with all of their money. We assist in all areas including helping you submit your transfer tickets properly on both the buyer and seller sides. We hold all funds in escrow prior to the ticket submission and up until transfer has been completed and the buyer has confirmed receipt of the sim/sims. Upon confirmation all funds will be paid directly to the seller promptly. We can escrow funds in either Lindens or $US Dollars via PayPal. We prefer to escrow L’s as it’s cheaper for all parties involved but will handle PayPal if needed. Service fees are 3% for Lindens and 6% for PayPal.
