Duke Goheen has nice rentals for sale through Big Dog Rentals on two tropical islands. Dubbs island is a nice queit residental only sim perfect for your home. Bolton is the Big Dogs buisness sim but you can also place a home down if you wish.
On Dubbs you get a 15 % prim bonus on all lots for no extra charge. On Dubbs we have lots, beach houses, and some skyboxes. TP to Dubbs tropical island and look. It is a truly lovely island.
Bolton island is the Big Dog's Business sim and here you can set up a business or set up a nice home. We also have two markets with vendor booths for rent through Big Dog Market.
Just search for Dubbs and Bolton and you will find both islands. TP In and look.
