Grandfather sim with only $195 tier (extremely rare) plus a class 5 sim for sale. We also have renters on the class 4 sim which you may choose to keep if you like. Both islands tier is due on the 29th. The starting price is $1600 payable thru lindens or paypal. We will cover all transfer costs.
