Duke Goheen,owner of Big Dog Rentals, has nice plots of land for rent on the residental only Dubbs island and on the mixed (commercial and/or residental) Bolton.
Both islands are on well established class five voice enabled servers. Low lag with extra prim at both locations. These are rentals with no UPFRONT fee. Both islands are really nice tropical islands with nice sandy beachs on the water. Don't need to be a premium member to rent here.
Duke also has on the islands nice affordable skyboxes, and sweet homes on the island. Just search for Dubbs or Bolton Sim and then TP in and look. Bolton island has some really nice Tiki style vendor huts priced at a very affordagle rate.
Duke has very affordable weekly rentals with NO upfront fees. EVen better pay four or more weeks at a time and receive a 10% discount off weekly rates on lands, homes and skyboxes.
