Urbana Spes is available for immediate purchase. It costs 3333L$ to buy the land and then 3333L$ in daily tier. You can pay just one day's tier or up to 30 days in advance. You and up to 3 friends will be made esate managers. You get all rights except deed land (because you do not get re-sell rights to the land) and request roll-back (because only estate owners can do that). The covenant is minimal and there no rental agreement. There are two occupied openspace regions to the south and a further openspace region for rent. No further regions will added to this estate.
