Are you as tired by these forum posts as I am. This isn't brain surgery people. Anyone offering land for rent or sale has the same product. Yeah, maybe a 5 is a little better then a Class 4 for clubs and shops but for residential it's not really that different. The other sims that run on the same server and what is on THEM is just as important. Private sim owners pay the same tier to Linden...either 195 or 295. We all either sell or strictly rent, same prim allowance blah blah blah.
Please just find a place that suits YOU! Do you want to be able to terraform? Do you want to put up ban lines or do you despise them? Do you like sand, grass, hills, flat?
If you rent from me this is what you get:
You get a pretty place to live that is designed with your privacy in mind. You will get as much freedom as I can give you but still maintain the LOOK of the sim you rent on. That means you get some terraforming rights but you can't bulldoze hills to the ground. You get a land owner who realizes this is real money you are spending. You get a quiet tranquil HOME.
You can be a basic member and have ZERO cost to Linden. You get a land owner that feels her sims are more then just money trees. You get a land owner with a proven track record for valuing residential customers. No gimmicks or smoke and mirrors.
This isn't as complex as some make it appear. Contact me and I will be happy to spend time talking with your about all the land options available... even if that means your business is better suited for someone else.
