There is a build and dock on the plot, which could be used as a retail or a dwelling. It is Mod/Copy/Trans and included in the sale.
Price is L$22800 -- L$15/metre, which is 'keen' for the area and the Linden water boundary. - But I'd say that anyway.
This plot has been reassembled after it was cut up in early cheaper days by the dreaded ad farmers.
It was the only plot cut like that in the sim. Right on the channel!!!
Now it's restored and the neighbourhood looks good. There is one impressively(?) phallic tower behind (East of) the plot, but that's not between the plot and the Linden water on the Western boundary.
Advertising superlatives:
It's a water plot, so no "LUSH GREEN MATURE" nonsense I'm afraid.
CLASS 5? - Well they're ALL class 5 in the new continents for goodness sake.
LAG-FREE? - That's a great one
- Any sim is lag-free until some bozo lags it. Currently, Hengill is at top performance.GREAT VIEW? Well, yes at the moment, as it happens. As with all mainland you never do know the future. The plot faces West over the water, and the sunsets are great.
PROTECTED? Yes. The plot is right beside a 16m-wide Linden Protected channel. The channel runs North-South (Or sometimes South-North depending on the weather), and joins two multi-sim Linden Protected oceans
The plot is 1520m. A single 16m plot remains of the original 1536m - which would have been a tier friendly 'free' 512m + 1024m at US$8 per month tier to Linden Lab.
The 16m plot is owned by Blue Button Holdings, who are not an advertising group. They float a single prim on high over 16 plots all over SL for logging, communications, and maybe just for the hell of it.
