Background

Tol Erresea... For a time the elves dwelt in the Lonely Isle after the great wars with Melko and the ruin of Gondolin; and they built a fair city amidst most of that island, and it was girt with trees...it became rich in song and poetry and light.

You dont need a premium-account, this is a private sim. Estate-owner is Amethysta Rosse, IM me if you have any questions.
When you buy this sim, you will become Estate-Manager rights.

(I) TIER PAYMENT METHODS
Tier is 36500L$/rl-month or 8405L$/week.
After 1. July 2009: 45000L$/rl-month or 10362L$/week.
The tierboxes are at sim "Darminas (74, 223, 21)", or look in my profile under picks for teleport.
Look in Darminas for tierbox "Elven Island" and pay the tier.
When you fail to pay tier, you will get warning trough IM and Notecard. After several warnings the sim will be reclaimed without refund purchase-price.
(II) SIM RULES
o Homestead Sims are for quiet residential or light commercial use. They are not intended for events, malls, or other high-impact uses.
o Homestead Sims supports max. 20 avatars.
o No high lag scripts (scripts with 1.0ms time or higher).
o Be careful with moving objects-prims and particles, dont use to much from them.
o Prim Temp-Rezzers are forbidden.
o When you subdivide land for rent to other, not more as 4 lots on lowprime sims (like 4x16384qm lots).
(III) RESELL
o You can resell full sim when tier is paid (no resell in small parcels)
o Be sure that the new Buyer read this Covenant
