We're in the process of growing a community. So, we are seeking compatible partners who are looking for Open Space Sims but do not want to buy a full sim.
Each Open Space Sim has an US$250 purchase price from Linden Labs. We will pay US$50 of that for you. Your one-time cost = US$200.
Land tier for an Open Space Sim is US$75. That's exactly what you will pay us. No profit here for us! Your monthly cost = US$75. Only time the land tier rate will go up is if Linden Labs increases the land tier.
In return, your sim will be attached to our estate. You will have all the prims (3750 prims) to use! All we ask is that at least half of the sim is set aside for public water access. That leaves 32768 m2 left over for you to use, plus all the prims.
