- Because I am the creator of this condo there will be updated area designs, (example - kitchen areas, hardwood flooring, users will be able to select different design elements for their homes.
- Building a template of the living areas in maya, so there will be experimenting with full rendered realistic scenes renters will be able to choose from.
Rather than renting some condo joe bob bought & throws on some land and rents, you'll be part of a community that I will be a part of and constantly improving with the ideas of my tenants.
