I have two fully developed servers that I am considering to sell (full transfer) OR rent out the whole SIM. Please send me your offers if you want to buy them. If you choose to rent, I am looking for $325/mth (~91,000L). Keep in mind, you don't have any initial cost of buying a SIM if you are going to rent it.
Please take a look at both Islands and send me your offers for renting OR for purchase. I DO NOT HAVE time to manage these anymore. RL job is taking a lot of my time.

Details: This SIM was terraformed into 4096 sqm islands. I have few customers on the SIM. The name Metaverse for the SIM attracts a lot of users.
