I have a lovely 1/4 sim (16384m/3750prims) for sale or rent on Linden Protected Ocean so it will forever remain with a lovely view.

And, of course, Mainland means you OWN it yourself and there is NO covenant, so you can do what you want.

If you rent then there is no other up-front cost to you, and you don't need to have a premium account either.
