I just removed a non paying renter from 10k of my sim and would love to get it rented back out as soon as possible. I currently have the lot divided into 3 parts (4096,4096,2048) and they are all set for rent. I am a very easy to get along with landlord, and very active in trying to maintain a low lag sim so i am sure you and your business will do very sucessful on our sim. The lots are all next to each other and located in the corner of the sim so they can be joined or divided as needed

The Sim features a high traffic club and mall to help generate traffic for all other renters. IM Markus Brendel in world for any information or stop by and see the lots. Rental leases are simple to begin by paying your rent to the rental machine located on the lot you wish to rent.
