Folks, if you are selling a plot is that is all water with no land above the waterline, please do not list it as "Waterfront", "Oceanfront" or "Beachfront". If you are selling a plot is that is all land with no water, please do not list it as "Waterfront", "Oceanfront" or "Beachfront". Thank you.
