Extremely low tier, only half tier in july!
One of my renters left SL because of the "Buying L$ at ebay problem", therefore I now have a piece of land to sell or rent out again at the tropical island SIM Purple Coral. It is a 12,288sqm/2,812prims island. The old renter terraformed a nice fjord and a crater lake, but the new owner/renter can terraform the land (within the rules of the tropical island covenant) to his own wishes. If wanted, a split into 2x6,144sqm/1,406prims islands is possible.
The parcel is located at a SIM corner with two protected sides that will never see a neighboring SIM. All parcels on Purple Coral are islands with lots of water around them.
I have installed skydiving gear at the parcel, with a basic parachute available for only L$ 1 at a vendor, so you can look at your possible new home from above while gliding down slowly.

Monthly tier: L$ 18,000 (that's only L$ 1,500 per 1,024 sqm - please compare to other offers where often 1,800, 2,000 and even more are charged! And compare to mainland, a mainland parcel that size would cost you USD 75 plus premium membership - tier on Purple Coral is only approx. USD 67.)
No tier for the rest of june and only half tier for july, that's only L$ 9,000!
Rent with rent-to-buy-option possible: L$ 24,000 per month (in case of a later purchase, L$ 3,600 per rented month will be counted against the buying price)
Tiers and rents are charged monthly, not weekly! No matter how many days the month has (please calculate and compare with the usual weekly rents, devide the weekly rent by 7 and multiply with 30).
