And the seaside view is just amazing. You can rent this house for 1000L$/week. You must rent at least 2 weeks.
You will gain access to the home control device but also parcel media settings.
You can lock the doors.. tint the windows.. you can do much.
There is a cool highlight... well maybe more then one.. it is a footbridge on the water where you can relax the sunrise with your friends if you rezz for example chairs there. You really should see that. But there is also an balcony on the third level.
