Estate of Mindes is closing down. It is selling its full region, Urbana Spes, for 250USD (tier 1st of month), and the OpenSpace Region Suburbana (tier 18th of month) immediately below it for 150USD. There are also two occupied OpenSpaces, going south Memories and Mens. These 2 regions come with a contractural requirement to keep the current tenants who are paying 850L$ per day, giving you a profit on monthly tier. These OpenSpaces are also selling for 150USD and their tier dates are both on 7th of the month. You can offer to buy individual regions, but the full region is not for sale until the occupied OpenSpaces are sold. Payment is in USD via the LL private region transfer process.
