Chindogu West is a shopping venue in a new sim and is offering store owners the low rate of L$150/week for 100 prims. More prims can be negotiated. Each store location is its own mini-prim so that 'About' settings, media urls, titles, and descriptions can be modified to suit the tenant.

Residents also automatically gain access to sim facilities such as event rooms and meeting areas.
