The photo studio is fully equipped and is sold so as it is. There photos can be made by many poses for the club as well as also for other projects. The country is diagonally behind the club, does not have therefore any direct connection, lies to 2 pagesnear the sea and the club ground can be added.

Costs: 13.500L$ monthly lease onto the Simowner (Flumm Melendez)
120.000 lime dollars are price for both,Objekte thatObjekte to be able to be bought also separately (80.000L$ the club, 40.000L$ the photo studio). I would like to sell, however, the club first since the option of the enlargement should remain for the new club owner.

Trenne mich schweren Herzens von meinem Night Club, da ich in naechster Zeit aus beruflichen Gruenden keine Zeit mehr haben werde so lange Zeit in SL zu verbringen wie bisher.

Das Fotostudio ist voll ausgestattet und wird so verkauft wie es ist. Dort koennen durch viele Posen Fotos fuer den Club sowie auch fuer andere Projekte gemacht werden. Das Land befindet sich diagonal hinter dem Club, hat also keinen direkten Zugang,liegt zu 2 Seiten am Meer und kann zu dem Clubgelaende hinzugefuegt werden.

Vehandlungsbasis fuer beide Objekte sind 120.000 Lindendollar, wobei die Objekte auch getrennt gekauft werden koennen (80.000L$ der Club, 40.000 L$ das Fotostudio). Ich moechte jedoch zuerst den Club verkaufen da die Option der Erweiterung fuer den neuen Clubowner bleiben sollte.
