Scenic Hills has undergone a dramatic facelift and has built a stunning boardwalk shopping area and ballroom space. We have a few tenants in and still have a few large shops available. In addition we have approximately 1/2 sim of space available to be developed or rented to a compatible tenant - either commercial or residential. The theme should be Goth to Steampunk but can very as Scenic is a very beautiful sim with a lot of water. Our builder can talk to you about some custom work. Our rental rates are among the best in second life and some rates for shops will work on commission depending on the tenant.
