We have a very nice sim with several great quality, good traffic, fashion stores (Soda, SWA, and others!) and are looking for the right person to fill one quarter of the sim.

1/4 Region - 16,384 (sq m) ,3750 prims for $75USD a month.

We are looking for someone who needs space for a store. Can sell clothing, accessories, skins, furniture, poses, etc. No clubs , malls or adult themes.
