Tier is paid through January 15th and due the 15th each month.

If you buy, it must be moved to another location on the grid. Rename it if you want - it already is empty - no 'residents' to piss-off by kicking them out.

Not in any hurry. If it sells, fine. If not then I intend to just abandon it to Linden lab (I simply don;t need it any more.)
