Its a nice parcel in Kozushima(224,224,22) near the border and partly water (you can use the terrain tools to determine how much of it is water)

Its on mainland, so no covenant.

If you want to buy it, thats possible too, but rent i slower then the linden tier would be if you bought it.

1 month free if you rent if for a year.
