Im putting together a few events. which are sure to draw a crowd.

Ill need to be able to allow build rights for all. until the day of the show. and will vacate it completly once finished.

Needs to be a MATURE sim..
Needs to be landscaped just a bit. nothing radical.( I can lay in some dividing canals.)
Needs to be a true 15000 prim sim/ class 5

Im tryign to unite some specialty clubs all on one sim for a day to show off/advertise and thrill their customers. Support so far in chat has been overwhleming from the patrons. I will assume I wil be able to collect a site fee to pay you. but first i need a idea how much it would be before i go and start asking.

the other is a bdsm event Olympics style.

one will run sat. the other sunday.
