1 plot left for rent in our residential SIM. 1200 prims, 2.5L a prim. One edge on the ocean, the other facing a lake in the middle of the SIM. There is no covenant but our residents have always shown a strong preference for forested areas, lots of landscaping and beautiful outdoor gazebos, tents etc. Many long term roleplayers on sight and a builder that can terraform or provide a free custom build if needed.
