As we are still in the process of drawing up maps and plans for our three newest tropical residential sims, we are happy to take reservations and special parcel requests? Maybe you want water on 4 sides? Maybe you need a parcel size you can't find elsewhere? Maybe you;re not sure about the size but have a rpim requirement? These sims will all have AT LEAST 15% prim bonus.
