I am planning to move to a different plot but need to sell mine first. This is the cheapest tier for the plot/prims i've found so far on sl, and i've seen ALOT of land.

Tier box is located on the corner of the lot, by the fence, at the back right end of the house, some have asked where it is, that is where it's located. Because tier is paid on it, it's not a big for rent box, it's a small tenant box so it's a little harder to see but it is there, at the corner of the fence. please IM me if you have any questions. I am almost always on after 9pmSLT, i'm on during the day but no set times it's a hit and miss, so just IM me or send me a NOTECARD and I will respond immediately when I log on, if i'm not online you will be responded to the same day you notify me within a few hours.
