Without going into much detail my daughter is severly handicaped and is not doing well at all My greatest fear is we will lose her. My time has been spent at the hospital with her and I havent had the time to spend in SL much. I am answering my emails and I need to rent the sim out. If it comes down to it I will sell the sim. with the hospital bills stacking up I can no longer keep the sim to myself. Please tell anyone you know looking to rent a sim.
Due to RL issues, I'll have much less time to spend in SL in future, as a result i've decided to rent out my SIM Antioch.
The Renter will effectively have full Estate Owner rights including cutting parcels, set music and TV, terraforming, can use it as commerical or residential or mixed, use of ban function.
and re-name the Land accordingly. The only thing that is not allowed is to "sell" any parcels,
you can sub-rent however. Would be ideal for RP, residential or commerical. I will wipe the sim
of all my buildings once a rental agreement has been made.
The price is set low and below current market prices for a quick agreement
at $380 USD or 110,000L .
