These are all surrounded by good 'residential neighbours' keeping the views pretty on PG mainland (no covenant/monthly tiers!). I have even separated out one parcel as protected water to keep so that your views won't be spoilt
If you are a Newbie and require a house too....I'm building a couple of custom built, low prim beach houses of which you can choose one for free to help you get settled in! I'm not a land seller - I love this area, but having got addicted to building I need to find a bigger area (sob!).
Come and have a look - it's very much worth it - I know searching for your 'perfect' parcel can take weeks (been there, done that!).
