On the island Kitten House I still have a few spots for rent with ocean view as wel as several house boat landings.
land based spots are normaly 400 prims on 1080 m2 and boat landings are 33x60 and 22x45 meters normaly 500 prims and 1000 prims respectivly. it is always posible te rent more or less prims.
Normal price is 250 L$ per week per 100 prims but untill the end of the month you can rent as many weeks as you want for the stunningly low price of 200 L$ per week per 100 prims.
This is a childsafe recidential island that is activly monitored for predetors and griefers alike.
There is a lowlevel child dance club located on the island for family entertainment.
