Since we have a long waiting list at the Snow Valley sims and at Dorian Day Spay we have decided to open a another snow sim.

We have made a frozen lake in the center of the sim with mountains arround it.

There are 2 different parcel sizes on the sim:
1/4 HOMESTEAD SIM: 16 256sqm - 930 Prims
Tier: 2 350 L$ per week

1/2 HOMESTEAD SIM: 32 512sqm - 1860 Prims
Tier: 4 295 L$ per week
