The tier is $295 per month. The new owners will pay all transfer fees. We're going to make it simple, we will take bids for a week ending on Saturday December 8th, all bidders will be informed of the highest bids. No information will be given out on who the bidders are. At the end of a week, the highest bidder wins, you will have 24 hours to deposit funds into our paypal account, otherwise it will be offered to the next highest bidder. There will be a reserve on the island....as in ebay, it will not be disclosed. When the reserve is met, all bidders will be informed. All previous public prices are non-existant. This will be priced to sell.
