I have a few open space sims I will rent with full estate rights for the entire sim, for L$22,000 per month, paid monthly in advance. You can choose Baldwin Bayou, Blues Bayou or Epiphonia. Sims are next to my popular French Quarter and Gibson Island sims. I'm basically breaking even on the monthly tier here, not ready to give them up. Residential use preferred.
