Hi there i am interested in renting a sim (a full sized 15000 prim sim) for a large project i wish to continue.
I currently rent a sim called Harmony Isle but cannot afford it as its $300 a month. i am looking to rent somewhere for no more than $125 a month AND the landlord gets half of the rental profits (around another $250 ($125 split) minimum)
Visit Felonhall City in Harmony Isle for a peak at my building skills and an idea of what the sim will look like (it will be bigger and use less prims tho, hehe)
I will be programming my own combat system to run the city, players will be able to find weapons and use most items that arn't glued down as weapons (this will be the first sim that has this) and it will also be based on a real British town (i live in the UK) maybe Brighton or Hastings i don't know yet, depends on the location of the sim and weather i have estate rights or not. If it is on mainland the sim will be build at an altitude of about 500m up to avoid annoying naighbouring sims and covered by a large invisable bullet sheild.
I have a dedicated rental customer base to start with, and there will most likely allways be someone on the sim.
The sim must be on a mature setting/combat allowed/and expect very large crowds of people at peak times (we get over 50 on a sunday sometimes), if it is mainland there would be no need to change the ground or water as the city will be built high up.
