I'm looking to add a few of these to my estate. I'm not interested in getting into a bidding war - please let me know what you'd like to sell it for (full transfer) and we can negotiate. :) Sims with tenants are welcomed - I run a land rental business and will not remove or raise rent on any existing tenants, so you can sell with confidence knowing they'll be OK.
