We have one open space sim... now divided into four lots... each lot is 16,384m... with 937 prims... Compared with a regular sim, the lot sizes are the equivalent of a 1/4 sim and the prim allowance equals that of a 4096m lot...therefore, we're making each of these lots available for just...

L$7500 per month --

The sim is currently terraformed with mountains & beach texturing.. however you are free to terraform the land you rent. Beach texture remains.

You will have all usual land controls... If you rent the entire sim, then you are granted sim management controls.
