Realistic prices that cover my tier payments (including the tax I now have to pay). This works out at roughly 1.5 Lindens per sq.m per month. Smallest plot is around 4000 sq.m and minimum rental period is 1 month with no refunds. Limited terraforming is allowed by consultation and buildings have to be in keeping with others on the sim. All plots are residential. I have commercial shop spaces to rent in a sim-sized sky box with 937 prims at 6000 Lindens a month. For more details drop me a note in-world.
