Hi, I'm in a process of purchasing several private regions with few of my friends, and no longer have a need for this sim.

The sim is 10% Land, 90% water
The montly tier is $195/month for the full sim (you save $100/month in tier costs over similarily sized island). Owning a full sim also qualifies you for conscierge support (can get instant support from Linden via telephone or IM chat).
This is a class 5 sim.
Two of its sides are protected by Linden Land (none can build there). Its actually a network of 11 Linden Sims, so, its as private as you can get on the mainland and still able to fly in and out of the sim.
The other 2 sides are mostly residential, and neighbours actually adhere to a building code (mostly low raise beach style buildings with pools, etc).
The price is 863,175 Linden or 13.2L/meter. I may consider splitting it into 4 16K quarters, but the price/meter would increase. I suspect that given where the land prices have been you could actually make a profit by parcelling it into smaller pieces and selling the plots yourself but I don't run real estate business, and don't have time for advertising and marketing etc...
