439 prims in a great sim, you own it, mainland you pay your tier to linden labs not any sneaky real estate agent or sim owner. this land is selling for under 8 L per square meter with no catches or strings attached, make me an offer if you like but it must go asap. if everyone lowers the price of land a margin at a time here in Second Life then maybe we cal all afford to live here without the monopoly that has damaged the value of our currency.
