I have 3 that I am going to hand back to LL later this month. But, if you're willing to pick up the land tier cost, I'll let you use them. Since I don't want to pay for the transfer fee, you can't move or rename the sim.

You decide what kind of openspace sim it is - openspace or homestead - and pay tier accordingly. You pay what we pay to LL for tier. All we ask in return is that you donate 1/3 of the sim as public water separating your land area from the rest of the estate. And of course follow our pretty standard estate covenant.
Remember that you don't need a full sim to buy this from us.
