ABOUT LAND FOR RENT

Currently the Southbank Management Group is offering this 1024 sqm land parcels for rent with 234 prims for a weekly rent of $550L. All land will generally have a pre-existing residence constructed on the land. However should you wish to remove this residence in order to construct a residence of your choosing and at your cost the pre-existing residence may be removed to accommodate this. Should you wish to do so, upon renting please send an IM to Darmath Klinger or Alianis Vella.
Please note that at the moment we are also offering a 5% discount to any renter that pays for 5 weeks rental. Should you wish to take up this option by paying for 5 weeks rental, $2750 in total, upon paying for the 5 weeks rent you will recieve a discount of $140 with the discount being refunded to you.
Also please note that should you wish to rent larger size land from us, we may be able to rent to you a 2048 sqm parcel of land with 468 prims for $1000L per week. Please send an IM to either Darmath Klinger or Alianis Vella who will be only to happy to assist you with you inquiry.
