Lands on sim border, class 5
Would prefer resident rental but it's possible to rent a land for commercial use.
Residential lands with lofts on them are 2464sqm / 500 prims / 1000 L$ a week (loft prims not counted).
Possibility to have smaller or bigger house or lofts, i don't count what i pose on the land.
Rent prices are 2L$ / prim for residential and 3 L$ / prim for commercial use.
So for example if you need 700prims for residential it will costs 1400L$ per week and 2100L$ for commercial use.
No need of premium account, and no land to buy.
