I've had this parcel since May, and it has served me well. However, I am looking to expand to a larger plot, and sadly I must leave this locale to free up tier. Because the sim is eight months old, it is well-established, with this the old land being sold on the entire sim. This means that you won't have any surprises as far as new neighbors, adlots, etc.
The land is being sold for L$192,000, which is L$13 per square meter. This is a great price for such a piece of land, so good that it is attractive even to a land baron. Since LL has stopped mainland auctions for months, land in general has risen in price, and water even more. This is an investment destined to only increase in value- though once you move in, you won't want to move out!
