To lease the cost will be 425 usd per month
To Purchase the cost is 250k linden and tier payable to me at 365 usd per month, first months tier included in purchase price.
The leasor will be given full estate manager rights, the sim can be renamed, basically you will rule but no resale of land.
the purchaser will be given all the same as leasor with land resell rights
