Welcome and thank you for your interest in property on the residential sim Bohemian.
This sim is located on a Class 5 Server and is themed in the style of the beautiful Pacific Northwest Coast including a jetty/breakwater, a lighthouse, ships floating by and a stream meandering its way across the land as well as a natural looking
coastline. These props are all custom made for this sim specifically by Nerolus Mosienko and lilsparklez Sprawl so its not quite like many of the other “island” themes available across the grid. The Pacific Northwest Coast was dug out by glaciers and volcanic activity and is well known for its wild and unkempt beaches which include rocks, cliffs, wild evergreens, driftwood and the like. This is the spirit of this sim and what we would ask that you would keep in mind before building or rezzing when purchasing land here.
We offer two separate sized plots with a prim bonus of approximately 94%! The 4096 sq/m plots come with 1940 prims, and the 8192 sq/m plots are available with 3881 prims. Additional prims are probably available for an additional fee depending on the situation and the simulator's overall prim usage at the time. Please look at the main Information Sign located in the center of the sim to see plot availability. If there is a plot stamped with a green “Vacant” across it, you may pay the sign to become the new owner of that parcel. Alternatively, if there is a red “Occupied” stamp across the parcel it is taken. If there are no plots available and you are interested in renting as one opens, please contact lilsparklez Sprawl to be put on the waiting list.
Once you have found a parcel you’re interested in and have paid the “Vacant” sign it will change and read “Occupied”. This is the same sign you will pay your monthly or weekly tier to. At this point lilsparklez Sprawl will receive notification that you have purchased the plot of land and will (at my very earliest convenience, I work a fulltime job also!) set the parcel to sale to you for $L1. At that point you may purchase for that price and you are the new owner, congratulations!
As a land owner on Bohemian, you will have the same full rights to that parcel of land that you would if you were to purchase land from Linden Labs directly, only you don’t have to have payment info on file and either I or Nerolus are always around to help. Terraforming is limited to 8m up, but can be taken down much more than that (to compensate basements or underwater/underground hideouts). You will have full control of the About Land options, access lists, audio/media stream and any other functions that you would if you were to purchase land directly from Linden Labs.
