Magic Alley is a zoned mature private island which is intended for those who enjoy the medieval/goth/vampire/bdsm lifestyles within this period of time in Second Life. It is a mostly residential with discreet commercial within limits of the covenant.
There are now five remaining separate beautiful island plots available for rent upon this sim. Sized at 4096 sq.m. With 937 prim allowance per plot. Each now has chat privacy.
The rent is payable by all island renters every four weeks and is:
4096 sq.m plot size is $28.00 US which is also payable in linden dollars if you so wish at average L$8050.
Plots may be joined together and a higher rental price paid but plots may NOT be divided.
If joined together two plots would give a land size of 8192sq.m with a 1874 prim allowance and the rental price would be $45.00 US every four weeks. In linden dollars be average L$12950.
