so come on to the sim, select the parcel u want and click to buy. u get the parcel for free and with u paying ur tier fee when u purchase, u wont have the next installment of tier till the next month. so if u buy the land on the 4th feb u pay the tier fee up to then 3rd of march and then on the 4th u pay the next installment of tier.
